A little behind the scenes and a peek at the unfiltered story on how 321glo came into exsistence.
My name is Brittany Alfaro, and I started 321Glo because of my own journey—one filled with challenges, resilience, and a deep belief in the power of self-care; I know this is a topic a lot of you can relate to. In 2019, just a year after giving birth to my first child, my son, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Hearing the doctors convey this diagnosis shook me to my core. I was told my health would decline and that having more children would be impossible. This was the biggest pill to swallow, as i was only 32 years old And had just begun to start a family.
In true Brittany character, I refused to give up. Through years of dedication to my health, body and mind I eliminated all active lesions, was cleared to continue ”normal” life, and I welcomed another beautiful baby into our family in 2024, a moment I had once been told would never come.
This journey taught me something profound: the way we care for ourselves today shapes the life we live tomorrow! For these reasons I created 321Glo—because every woman deserves to feel beautiful, strong, and unstoppable, no matter what life throws her way!
